Reiki Level I Training

Reiki Level I is the first step in your Reiki journey. This course introduces you to the foundational tools and practices of Reiki so you can use energy healing safely and confidently. You will receive your Level I attunement, learn how Reiki works, and practice giving Reiki to yourself and others. This level focuses on self-healing, energy awareness, grounding, and intuition. 

Level I is ideal for beginners and anyone looking to support their well-being, reduce stress, deepen self-connection, or explore Reiki as a calming, empowering practice. 

• Introduction to Reiki and its history
• Reiki principles and ethical practice
• How to receive and channel Reiki energy
• Self-Reiki techniques for daily use
• How to give Reiki to others (with consent)
• Grounding, protection, and energy awareness
• Certificate of completion
• Have a solid foundation for deeper Reiki training (Level II and III)

You will also be supported through a guided 21-day Reiki practice to help you build confidence and consistency with your new skills. 

This training can be taken:

• Privately one-on-one, or
• In a small group (up to 4 people)

Length of class: 

• 4 hours

To enroll in Reiki Level I, you are required to have experienced at least one Reiki session with any Reiki Practitioner prior to training. This ensures that you have a personal experience of Reiki energy and are comfortable stepping into your own healing and learning process. 

Reiki Level I is a 4-hour training. The investment for this training is $380. Full payment due at registration. Payments accepted via e-transfer.
